Grandmaster David Harris

Stillness. Order. Faithful Care.

I have spent much of my life in disciplined study, practice, and service — learning how the human system responds to stress, imbalance, and restoration. My work sits at the intersection of traditional wisdom, careful observation, and modern technological application. This page exists to offer context, not persuasion.

The Way I Work

I begin with restraint.

Whether working with the body, the mind, or complex systems, I have learned that meaningful change does not come from force or haste. It comes from understanding balance, respecting timing, and intervening only as much as is necessary.

My approach is informed by three guiding streams:

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Observing balance, circulation, and constraint before addressing symptoms.

Conceptual graphic linking human biology and technology, showing a neural network, industrial manufacturing, and natural landscapes to represent the integration of science and nature.

Systems Science

Reducing noise, stabilizing feedback loops, and preventing secondary harm

Christian Ethics and Contemplative Discipline

Service, humility, responsibility, and care for the whole person

I do not impose order.
I help restore it.

Record of Practice & Long-Term Engagement

Over more than four decades, my work has involved sustained study and development across martial disciplines, healing sciences, philosophy, and applied technology. Rather than listing achievements as claims, the following offers context for the body of work that informs how I serve.

Martial Arts, Philosophy, and Teaching

I am recognized as a Martial Arts Grandmaster, with approximately 45 years of study and practice in martial arts and related sciences. My training included direct study under respected teachers and lineages, and my focus has always been on refinement, responsibility, and transmission rather than display.

From this foundation, I developed
Shun Shen Tao, an integrative martial-based healing system centered on restoring balance, flow, and coherence within the human body. This work emphasizes subtlety, restraint, and long-term stability rather than force or spectacle.

My academic studies include doctoral-level work in:

  • Martial Science

  • Applied Qi Gong and Chinese Metaphysical Healing Arts

  • Budo (Eastern Philosophy and Traditions)

  • Divinity and Spiritual–Cultural Studies

These studies supported a lifelong integration of physical discipline, philosophy, and spiritual responsibility.

Recognition and Service

Between 2009 and 2025, I was inducted more than thirty times into various Martial Arts Halls of Fame and received numerous awards. These recognitions were acknowledgments of long-term contribution rather than goals in themselves.

Among them were honors related to:

  • Founding and teaching Shun Shen Tao.

  • Contributions to the internal arts and metaphysical studies.

  • Educational leadership and humanitarian service.

  • Preservation and responsible transmission of martial and healing traditions.

I share this not to elevate myself, but to acknowledge the communities and teachers who shaped the work.

Quantum Biofeedback & Technology Development

High-tech medical diagnostic machine with a digital interface showing a neural network, heart rate monitoring, and bio-mechanical data analysis.

In 2005, I turned my attention toward quantum biofeedback technology, recognizing its potential to make the benefits of ancient healing sciences more accessible and safer for the general public.

After extensive study and hands-on experimentation, I began developing third-party applications that significantly expanded the capability of early quantum biofeedback systems. This work included identifying and resolving what was commonly known as a “healing crisis,” where users experienced unnecessary physical reactions. Through a deeper understanding of human bioelectric response, I was able to develop counter-balancing signals that supported the body correctly, improving safety for users of all ages and conditions.

SRC4U & Meta Balance

In 2011, I released SRC4U Quantum Stress Reduction Technology, designed to help the body return to a coherent vibratory state associated with balance and wellness. The system was intentionally created to be simple to use, with complex processing handled in the background so individuals could engage safely and independently.

The underlying architecture of SRC4U was built on a proprietary machine language I developed to integrate modern computing with emerging quantum principles. The technology has since been used by thousands of people worldwide.

In 2023, I released
Meta Balance Frequency Resonance System, the culmination of nearly twenty years of research, frequency engineering, and AI-assisted development. This system focuses on identifying stress patterns and supporting self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance in a measured, non-intrusive way.

I continue to refine these technologies with the same guiding principle that shaped their creation: accessibility without harm, depth without complexity, and progress without pressure.

Boundaries

To protect the integrity of the work:

  • I do not engage in public debate or controversy.

  • I do not promise certainty or quick fixes.

  • I do not work from fear, urgency, or spectacle.

  • I do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions.

Restraint is not limitation — it is stewardship.

Fit

This work tends to resonate with those who value:

  • Depth over speed.

  • Responsibility over recognition.

  • Integration over ideology.

If validation, performance, or shortcuts are the goal, this may not be the right place.
